Job Description:
This is a part-time position that is approximately 10-15 hours/week (2 days per week). There is potential for fulltime in the future. Job duties include:
Receiving product from vendors, shipping orders, creating purchase orders and sales invoices in Simply Accounting, answering phone calls, sending and replying to emails in Microsoft Outlook, problem solving, multi-tasking in a fastpaced environment, creating customer quotes in Microsoft Excel and Simply Accounting, co-ordinating shipping schedules and deliveries, completing bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining accounts payable and receivable.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of Simply Accounting, Microsoft Office, Windows XP and Vista is required. Please do not apply unless you have applied experience with Simply Accounting, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. There will be a test. Marketing experience, and/or experience with CorelDraw, Adobe Acrobat or WordPress is considered an asset.
