Core Tool Technologies is your single source repair tool depot. We have factory trained service personnel for most major brands of assembly tools. Battery, electrical and pneumatic – if it has a motor, we can fix it. No third party or “off brand” parts here. Only OEM parts are used to service your tools. Repair quotes are returned quickly for your evaluation. All tools are kept in a database for performance tracking.

We know your applications and discuss why service is required. No tool leaves our facility unless it meets original OEM specifications. After our senior technicians test the incoming tool and completely break it down, our ISO registered company will continue to follow strict guidelines to ensure your tools are fixed right the first time. Whatever your concerns, we will make it right to ensure your complete satisfaction.

For repair of Bosch Rexroth products:

1. Fill out the BRC RGA Form and forward a copy to Ernie Dunston ( to request an RGA#. If Ernie is out of the office, please contact Sandro Acierno ( If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please contact our office.

2. Ship to Bosch Rexroth:

a. The tool for evaluation

b. This form with the RGA#. (Please note: All goods shipped to Bosch Rexroth must have an RGA# on all packing lists/documents.)

c. A purchase order (normally required. If the tool comes back as a warranty repair, there is no charge.)

 3. The tool is quoted accordingly for repair costs (if it is not a warranty repair).

Rush repairs are also available at an extra charge, subject to the terms and conditions of Bosch Rexroth Canada.

For 24/7/365 support, call Bosch Rexroth Canada (Burlington) at 1-905-335-5511. Wait for options and choose “Emergency after hours service” and hit 7. Tell the operator you require help with Bosch Rexroth Tightening Systems.

Also, for 24/7 support, call 1-855-REXROTH, specify your group (i.e tightening systems, Drives and control, etc) and your issue and a Factory service will contact you. Please ensure you know your operating system i.e BS350, and error codes. We have coverage when you need it most!
