Kistler nc presses Core Tool Technologies is known for offering best industry products. Now we are extremely pleased to introduce and offer Kistler electromechanical NC joining press systems. Unlike any other system in the marketplace, Kistler uses piezoelectric sensors to provide force and absolute encoders for distance measurement.
  • Calibration free
  • Compact design
  • Extreme durability
  • Accreditation for use at all major automobile manufactures
Simply the best there is. The new Kistler NC joining press systems, also known as the Kistler Electro Mechanical Assembly Servo Press, has a fully programmable motion controlled ball screw press. You can control your assembly process with an Ethernet IP or anybus controls. Integrated sensors provide a closed loop feedback system which is required for accurate control of assembly operations. Tension or compression of parts is done with extreme accuracy and durability. Assemble and gauge your part in the same station, fixture/part deflection compensation, drift compensation, graphical analysis, data acquisition, and traceability are standard features. Turnkey assembly servo press cells are available. Press head, servo motor, amplifier, multi-axis motion controller, cabling, enclosure, PC, and an easy-to-use software package keeps your set up time to a minimum. Infinite changes can be made on speed, force, distance, time, measuring, gauging, testing, etc. Intuitive parameters settings allow for easy changes to programs. 32 programs available with 8 steps per program allow you to control each one of your process steps. Input multiple part programs via barcode selection attaches the output to each part, control your I/O via Ethernet IP, profibus or anybus. Control the assembly process at the source.     [hr] Kistler Logo About the Kistler Group Kistler’s core competence is the development, production and use of sensors for measuring pressure, force, torque and acceleration.
